Custom Mobile App Development

We design and build mobile apps for businesses that have outgrown a mobile website. The work covers product scope, the client apps, and the APIs they depend on.

The problem

A responsive website is enough until customers need accounts, offline use, camera or location access, or a notification when something changes. At that point a stretched mobile site starts dropping tasks.

Template app builders look finished in a demo and stall when the workflow is specific: multi-step approvals, role-based access, or data that has to match an existing system. We scope a first release around that job and leave a path for the next one.

What you get

Release scope

A written cut of what ships first, what waits, and how success will be checked on a device.

iOS and Android clients

Installable apps with the screens, empty states, and errors the workflow actually hits.

Account and API wiring

Sign-in, permissions, and the backend calls the app needs. We do not leave auth as a later surprise.

Store handoff

Build artifacts, listing notes, and a short maintenance window after the first release.

How the work runs

  1. 01

    Map the job

We sit with the people who will use the app and write the steps they repeat today.

  2. 02

    Prototype the critical path

One flow is designed end to end before the rest of the screens are filled in.

  3. 03

    Build and test on devices

We implement against real accounts and data shapes, not only happy-path mockups.

  4. 04

    Release

Store submission, a rollback plan, and a list of what the next version should pick up.

Stack

  • Swift and Kotlin when the platform matters
  • React Native or Flutter when one codebase is the better trade
  • REST or GraphQL APIs
  • Push notifications
  • App Store and Play Console release steps

Who it is for

  • Operators replacing paper, spreadsheets, or a call-in process
  • Companies whose web product needs a dedicated mobile client
  • Teams launching a paid or internal app with a defined first audience

Questions

Should this be native or cross-platform?

If iOS and Android share the same flows, a cross-platform build is usually the right first release. If one platform depends on hardware, offline sync, or a heavily native interaction, we say so and scope that part separately.

Who owns the code and the store accounts?

You do. Repositories, signing keys, and store listings are set up in your accounts, not held as a condition of continued work.

Can you work with an app that already exists?

Yes. We can take over a codebase, stabilize the release, and add features, as long as we can build and run it.

Do you publish the app for us?

We prepare the build and the listing materials and walk through submission. The legal entity on the store account should be yours.
